How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Communityfrequent Septic should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Communityfrequent Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Communityfrequent Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@communityfrequent.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also be able to help.
