Communityfrequent Septic is a referral service. Homeowners in Salt Lake City and the Salt Lake City area reach out when they have a septic or sewer problem. We pass those requests to independent providers in our network. If you run a local business and want more homeowner calls, we would like to hear from you.
This page is for contractors only. These are not jobs with Communityfrequent Septic. You stay independent, run your own business and set your own prices.
Who Fits the Network
We look for local businesses that handle work such as:
- Septic tank pumping and emergency septic cleaning
- Sewer line repair and replacement
- Septic system repair, including drainfield repair
- Related work, such as water well service
You do not need to offer every service. Many providers focus on one or two.
What We Expect
Homeowners are planning around a budget, so clear dealing matters. We expect providers to:
- Hold the licenses and insurance their area requires
- Give written quotes and explain what drives the price
- Be honest about timing, especially when weather or frozen ground slows the work
- Treat homes, yards and basements with care
- Respond politely when a homeowner reaches out
- Never promise insurance coverage on a homeowner's behalf
We may pause referrals if a pattern of homeowner concerns appears.

- Your business name and the towns you serve
- The services you offer
- Your license and insurance details, if your area requires them
- The way homeowners should reach you
