These terms set the rules for using communityfrequent.property and the referral services offered through it by Communityfrequent Septic. When you use the site, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template, not legal advice.

What Communityfrequent Septic Does

Communityfrequent Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider. Where it applies, also check with your insurer and your local health department.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us, and use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls and Messages

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may reach you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@communityfrequent.property.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Communityfrequent Septic or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Communityfrequent Septic is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Updates to These Terms
